Our first international architecture award

The members of the Association of Businesses for High Quality Housing (DOM3) presents the first edition of the DOM3 Architecture Prize, whose aim is to promote the high-end villa sector and highlight Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona as residential tourism destinations on an international scale. La Zagaleta, the prestigious residential complex situated in Benahavis (Málaga) is the official sponsor of the first edition of the Prize.

The international call for entries for this prize will allow architects of various nationalities to participate in the creation of a unique architectural project that highlights luxury villas as the ultimate expression of design, quality and location. The aim is to unify architecture, landscaping and interior design in one sole creation, within the most exclusive real estate setting in Europe.

The DOM3 Prize is being sponsored by companies that work in the high-end villa sector within Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona. These include Diana Morales Properties, Gesmacon, Gira, Kabila, La Albaida, Porcelanosa, Proinsermant, Puya, Uponor, Vaillant and Villeroy & Boch.

The competition will take place over the following three months. The Jury’s decisión will be made on 27th June. The winning architect will take home €40,000 and the subsequent construction of the home they have designed, on a parcel located within La Zagaleta.
