Laura Pou, is one more time the president of DOM3 Association following Antonio Zarco

The new member of the Board of Directors takes office in charge of organising the III International Architecture Award DOM3 PRIZE 2018.
Partners plan to create an Administration Relations commission.
The Association of Businessmen for High Quality Homes DOM3 has held the first ordinary meeting of the 2017/2018 season, with the aim to present, among other aspects, the new Board of Directors of the business community.

The new president is the Landscape Architect, Laura Pou, who takes office again in this position following Antonio Zarco. Pou, supported by the Board of Directors during the 2015/2016 season, was in charge of the organization of the II International Architecture Award DOM3 PRIZE 2016.

In this new stage, Architect Paco Guillén will be the vice president; Cristina Barroso de La Albaida, secretary; Architect Jesús Sanchez, from JAMENA, Treasurer, and Interior Designer Gonzalo Mendiola will be the Spokesperson of the new Board of Directors.
Among other topics of interest dealt during this first meeting of the new season, the creation of several partner commissions was agreed for organising various aspects. The most relevant are as follows: The organisation of the III international Architecture Prize, which will take place in 2018, and a commission in charge of relations with the different administrations.

The DOM3 Association pretends to continue being a union bond between all businesses related to high quality homes construction and the different administration offices involved in this type of constructions, with the aim to promote and facilitate investments.

During this current season, DOM3 has also planned to organise different talks, conferences, and events related to the various aspects of the sector or the current reality.

Businessmen committed to Quality.
The Association of Businessmen for High Quality Homes DOM3 is an association formed by 27 companies related to the design, promotion, construction, and sales of high quality homes located in Marbella, Estepona and Benahavís. The objective of the businessmen part of DOM3 is to create initiatives that promote improvement of competitiveness of companies in the sector, and influence public administrations so that QUALITY becomes the industry engine in the area.

DOM3 was created in 2012. In 2014, the Association organised the International Architecture Award DOM3 PRIZE. Its second edition strengthened the event generating remarkable success participation and organisation. Similarly, in April 2015 DOM3 organised the “Strategic Forum DOM3 a vision for the future of high quality homes” at the Auditorium Philip VI in Estepona, where the Present and Future of Residential Tourism was discussed. This Forum also takes place in Marbella in May, 2017 DOM3 STRATEGIC FORUM, which theme was about the Challenges and Opportunities for High Quality Homes.
