During the event, the experts highlighted the importance of adapting to the new demands of the market and clients, with excellence in their experience as well as the need to optimise urban planning processes.
In this sense, the mayor of Urbanism, José Eduardo Díaz, announced changes in the organisation of the delegation with the aim of optimising resources and streamlining urban planning procedures. Díaz underlined his commitment to making urban planning management more secure and streamlined through a management plan, while at the same time modernising and optimising procedures in the Marbella Town Hall.
Díaz also praised the role played by DOM3 in highlighting the value of the high-end housing sector, making institutions and administrations, as well as the general public, understand that every high-end home that is built is in itself a small business.
The opening speech of the event was given by Belén González, collaborator of the DOM3 association, who focused on the vision of the transition from excellence to experience, in order to develop companies that add value to the Marbella market by creating unique and profitable experiences. González, renowned for her extensive experience in the sector, highlighted the need to have customer ambassadors for our businesses, so that they not only buy from us, but also recommend us, creating innovative products or services in highly saturated and competitive environments such as the Marbella market.
On the other hand, Dimas Gimeno, CEO of WOW Concept, offered an innovative vision by defining the new customer as “Phygital”. In his speech, Gimeno explained the importance of integrating the digital and physical environments to meet the demands and concerns of this new type of customer. In this sense, he emphasised that both the digital and physical worlds play a crucial role in achieving excellence and offering positive experiences in the product acquisition process.
