Ascari relies on the expertise of DOM3 partner companies for its renovation project

DOM3 partners Jamena Construcciones, PROINSERMANT - Ingeniería del Confort, Illusion and Román Clavero are involved in the complete refurbishment of the prestigious circuit.

"The Ascari private racing circuit, considered the most exclusive in Andalusia and one of the most prestigious in Europe, is undergoing a complete renovation, a comprehensive reform project to create new facilities and improve the existing ones.

The renovation project, designed by Pastor Vázquez Arquitectos, will mark a significant milestone in the history of this circuit, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Nestled in the heart of nature in Ronda (Málaga), Ascari broke all the conventions of the motor and racing world with a unique model that is now being completely transformed, while maintaining the essence of innovation and respect for the environment with which it began its journey back in 2004.

The commitment to excellence by the members of DOM3, leaders in the high-quality housing sector, ensures that the most important projects on the Costa del Sol trust their companies for execution. The comprehensive renovation of the prestigious Ascari automotive circuit is a perfect example, with Jamena Construcciones, PROINSERMANT – Ingeniería del Confort, Illusion, and Román Clavero working on it, demonstrating their leadership and capacity to develop large-scale infrastructures.

The work consists of a comprehensive renovation of a building dedicated to the long-term parking of vehicles and workshop area (paddock), as well as another service building for the circuit's internal road (pitlane) for use as garages and an administrative area, in addition to the renovation of existing facilities that will primarily be used for offices.

In order to improve both functionality and aesthetics, so that Ascari's facilities continue to meet the highest standards of quality and excellence, each of these areas is being meticulously renovated to respect the natural environment and the unique topography of the land on which the circuit is situated, an aspect that adds value and has often led it to be ranked as one of the most beautiful in the world.

The main goal of this project is to modernize the facilities to meet the demands of the most discerning users, thereby ensuring the highest standards for those who are passionate about the most exclusive motor experiences and trust in this space.

A project of considerable magnitude, both in terms of economic investment and technical requirements, for which Ascari has relied on the guarantee and trust provided by the companies associated with DOM3. Jamena Construcciones, Proinsermant, Illusion, and Román Clavero are developing some of the most important parts of this comprehensive renovation, which aims to keep the Andalusian circuit among the top spots in the world for major international brands and the most selective motor enthusiasts from around the globe.

Specifically, the project is led by Jamena Construcciones, a family-owned company with over 40 years of experience, a leader in high-quality housing construction in the Golden Triangle, which also boasts extensive experience in the construction, renovation, and rehabilitation of unique buildings or those of significant historical and heritage value. The company is responsible for the bulk of the work, both in the construction of new facilities and the renovation of existing ones.

On the other hand, PROINSERMANT – Ingeniería del Confort, another family-owned company with decades of experience in the high-quality housing market and expertise in comfort engineering, is handling all the technical installations for the new Ascari facilities. In this project, cutting-edge technology is being implemented to make the circuit more sustainable and efficient.

In the same vein, Illusion is developing everything related to acoustics, sound, image, and control in Ascari's new spaces, applying state-of-the-art techniques to create a unique environment. The company is integrating all installations into a customized interface and installing the latest microLED video walls, innovations that will place the circuit at the forefront of technological advancement in the sector.

Román Clavero, a family-owned company with 45 years of experience and a leader in the design, execution, and commercialization of wood products, is responsible for custom-making the carpentry for the new and renovated spaces in this ambitious project. The company is crafting the coffered ceilings, decorative ceilings, and furniture for both the new Club House and the restaurant that will be part of the new Ascari.
