The DOM3 High Quality Housing Association

Faces with the season with a new board of directors and the objective of being a benchmark in the sector

Juan Mancha, financial director of the partner company Atlas Group, has been elected as the new president.

The new Board of Directors aims to increase the number of DOM3 members and strengthen the association as a benchmark in the high-end housing sector.

High-end housing is one of the flagships of Marbella and the Costa del Sol. In this area, there are more and more companies linked to this type of construction, which is a real industry for the province of Malaga, as each high-end villa that is built, usually employs a minimum of 3 or 4 people on a permanent basis, thus becoming an SME.

Aware of this fact, the businessmen associated with the Association of Businessmen for High Quality Housing DOM3, face the new season with a renewed spirit. Thus, in the last Ordinary General Assembly held, the new Board of Directors was elected, by the practical unanimity of the members, to plan and face the challenges of the new season.

Juan Mancha, finance director of associate company Atlas Group, has been elected to the position of president. He is joined by associates Charly Simon, of Charly Simon Photo as vice-president; Carlos Román Clavero, of Román Windows & Doors as secretary; the treasurer is Víctor Periáñez, of the company Illusion and Rubén Solís, of the construction company B.Solís, takes on the position of member.

The new Board of Directors takes on this task with the aim of continuing to add value and continuity to the work already being done. In this line, one of the main aims is to work so that DOM3 continues to be a reference in the sector, generating more power of influence in the environment and even starting to create the basis for a future internationalisation of the association. To this end, “we want to incorporate more high-level professionals and improve DOM3’s visibility in all areas: with new guests, informative talks, conferences, meetings, awards, etc.”, explained the new president, Juan Mancha.

He also plans to increase the number of members, incorporating more entrepreneurs who operate in the creation and services of high quality housing; create different working committees according to the needs that arise; renew the corporate image of the association or streamline and monitor the operation and management of the group, among many other measures approved in this last assembly of members held.
