DOM3 consolidates its leading position in the high-end housing market with ten new partners in the last year

The business association has concluded the training season with a session on non-verbal communication led by Ana de Puig.

The High-Quality Housing Business Association DOM3 has confirmed its leadership position as a reference collective in the sector. Since the spring of 2023, more than a dozen new companies from various fields related to the design, construction, and marketing of luxury housing have joined.

With these additions, there are now more than 40 members in DOM3, including companies ranging from construction firms and architects to landscapers, interior designers, lawyers, comfort engineering specialists, real estate agents, and even cryptocurrency experts. These companies provide direct and quality employment to over 2,500 people.

“Our role at the forefront of the main industry on the Costa del Sol is highly recognized among companies, and more and more entities want to be part of our collective. Together, we carry out important work by valuing the sector, training our members, and making the necessary demands to improve the infrastructure of the Costa del Sol,” commented Charly Simon, president of DOM3.

The closing session of the DOM3 season also served to welcome two new members: Grupo Polo, a founding member of this collective that also presided, and Ambience Home Design, an interior design studio specializing in high-quality segments.

“We are deeply proud that our association continues to grow. We welcome these two new members who will help us continue to guarantee the highest standards of quality and excellence. Sofía Polo did an important job at the helm of DOM3, and having a company of the caliber of Grupo Polo back consolidates our leading position in the sector. Additionally, with Ambience Home Design, we now have the five best luxury interior designers among our members,” added Simon.

Non-Verbal Communication Training

A session that also included a training workshop on non-verbal communication and lie detection, in which Ana de Puig from Enclave No Verbal provided entrepreneurs with tools to navigate challenging situations and improve customer service.

This presentation, sponsored by members B.Solís and Jamena Construcciones, was the final touch to the calendar of training meetings organized by DOM3. The aim was to boost the business activities of its members, generate synergies, and share knowledge. This cycle of conferences featured the tennis coach Toni Nadal, the architect Caterina de La Portilla, promoter of the platform Líderes para la Arquitectura, and Alex Ríos and Sergio Cancelo, founders of Happyforce, a company dedicated to measuring and promoting well-being in workplaces.

Around fifty entrepreneurs gathered at this event, where they received advice, techniques, and tools to improve their non-verbal communication and learn to detect false information or statements. The expert commented that proper non-verbal communication “is essential for providing good customer service.”

De Puig shared tips with the entrepreneurs on successfully using non-verbal communication to handle complex situations, such as dealing with dissatisfied customers in after-sales services, one of the most important departments in high-quality housing companies.

Learning to identify hostile expressions like contempt or superiority, understanding the meaning of interpersonal distance in conflict situations, and knowing how much we can communicate just by changing the position of our hands when we speak are some of the aspects covered during this talk. The goal was to improve the customer experience and relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and other companies.

DOM3 welcomes the summer with a very positive assessment of the season, during which the collective has conducted high-quality training, brought together sector experts and authorities from the municipalities comprising the Golden Triangle, and served as a reference voice in national and international media on relevant issues such as the central government's announcement of its intention to abolish the Golden Visa.
